Hello everyone,

Please see below instructions on how to credit a PayPal deposit. If Max is not available to do it and if the member forwarded the confirmation email to you, you can go ahead and credit the member's account without any issues.

Steps to do a manual deposit:

Step 1: Go to member's account and click on Adjust balance
Step 2: Select the option "Deposit as", go through the options and select "Deposit as Check or Money Order"; "Payment type: Cash".  Since we don't have an option for PayPal this two might options reflect it best.
Step 3: Enter amount, select  from "Transaction purpose" Deposit,  add in a comment like the one in the picture below: PayPal deposit #confirmation number. Your name
Step 4: Double check all info and the submit. NOTE: The deposit bonus will not be instantly credited, you have to wait 1-2 minutes for it. DO NOT manually add bonus.
