Free bonuses & Game Issues procedure

As of now all free bonus requests are to be referred to me. Please advise members to email me at [email protected] to get a free bonus or to open a help desk ticket and pend it to me. Once that's done please leave a message on my Skype so I can check and credit them asap.

As of now all game issues from players are to be sent to me unless you can figure it out yourself and provide a solution to the member.
If a member sends in an email or ticket regarding an issue with a slot game or bingo game and if the CS agent is not able to handle it please forward it to me to take care of it. Always ask for a screenshot and game ID. If players are unable to provide one no problem, forward the issue to me regardless.
