Account verification process - documents provided by players

When a player submits his documents to get their account verified please follow these steps:

1. Add reply letting the player know that you have forwarded their request to the appropriate department
2. Under "Department" select Fraud_team
3. Don't assign the request to anyone
4. Leave the request OPEN
5. Add a note on the request with the player's ID and reason for submitting the documents (e.g: account verification for withdrawals)
6. Send a notification to the Fraud team via the skype group letting them know that a ticket for verification was sent to them


Example of reply:

Hello ,

Thank you for contacting us.

I will forward your concern to our Credit Department where they can better serve you.

We will reply to your query promptly and with individual care. Please bear in mind though, that it may take up to several hours to reply.

If there's anything else we can do for you please don't hesitate to contact us.
