If you get a case of someone complaining that we did not respond to their email/ticket, but we have responded, you need to reply to them in a different way.

Go to Tickets, click on NEW TICKET, click Next, and use your officevirtual email address to respond. Copy and paste previous communication on that email body and respond to the member by using their email address from previous communication.
