Crediting free bonuses

    Please note that you are not authorized to credit any free bonuses to member's accounts unless you are given permission by Amy or Florin. Bonuses credited due to technical issues / site errors do not belong under this category.

    If a member comes to you asking for a free bonuses do the following:

  1.  If you are contacted on live help, ask the member to open a ticket and inform him that you will be forwarding the ticket to your manager or ask to send an email to [email protected] for a free bonus
  2. If you are contacted via tickets, reply to the ticket letting the member know that you forwarded his request to your manager and leave it pending to me (Florin). Skype me to give me a heads up so I can credit asap.
