I had a help ticket today for a player asking me to verify her account manually. I loaded up her details and saw that it was closed due to chargebacks. So i messaged Max and asked him how to proceed his reply was as follows:

Any case about Chargebacks, midigators, refunds and accounts closed due to a fraudulent activity when a customer is asking for help, send them all to fraud team like you do with the verification but saying the case is about Chargebacks or any other reason adding the note on the account what is the case about etc...
