I have had a couple of players tell me that they do not know how to take a screen shot, i did some research and found some instructions so that we can help when this is the case. Myself i have an automated programme, so my screen shots are just the push of a button, i was able to just ask the players to forward the email they claimed they had instead. but obviously it may not always be an email that they need to show us.

iPhone:

First navigate to the screen you want to capture;

Press and hold down "Home" Button (round button center bottom);

Press and release "Sleep" (top right button of phone);

You will hear a camera-like shutter sound;

Release both "Home" and "Sleep" button;

Screenshot is saved in photo ablum.
