Canceling pending withdrawal requests

A player can request for his/her pending withdrawal to be cancelled, this can happen due to various reasons like:

  • player wants to play more and wants his money back into his account
  • player won more money and wants to resubmit the wd with a bigger amount
  • player wants to deposit 

 

 We can now do this in MIDAS now for all sites.

 

You just open the players account in MIDAS,  then  go to Reports, then Journal Search. Enter the Journal ID  and search

Once that is open,  you have to scroll across to the right and check the box  there.  Then you will see REJECT  in red.

Click on REJECT  and this will cancel it and put the funds back in players account.  ALL DONE

if the system does not add the bonus back do we do that manually please?

Normally this should not happen. If we add the bonus manually their wager will increase, so if an issue like this occurs make sure you copy the wagering requirements and create an account note with them before adding the bonus back manually.
