#EASYPAY 2.0: How to locate and credit accounts

Hello Team,

Please note that we have to credit deposits manually every time we get a new order.

When a customer makes a purchase we will get a confirmation email from Paypal with subject (example subject): "You received a payment of $XX.XX from John Doe ([email protected])".  This is how the email will look like:



PROCEDURE:

1. Let everyone know that you are working on the order on the group chat so we don't have two agents working on it at the same time.
2. Locating the account: to locate the account we can use the email address provided or if that doesn't work we can use the address details found on Shipping Address. If none of the above work we need to contact customer by email asking for their account details after we waited a few minutes to see if they call LIVE HELP.
3. Crediting the account: Once you found the account go to Adjust Balance -> Transaction type: DEPOSIT AS -> Processor name: ???en_US.ecom.category.WBN_AFR??? -> Payment type same as processor name -> under CONFIRMATION: add in the TRANSACTION ID from the paypal confirmation email ( in our example: Transaction ID is 4H2402842S395364S )

3. (FOR THE AGENTS THAT GOT THIS RESPONSIBILITY) Email player using the [email protected] email address to confirm that their account was credited (via Titan: https://wp.titan.email/mail/ )

If players get confused or have questions or want to do a refund they can call Phone: +1 (833) 874 3008 . This will appear under EYEBEAM as Affiliate-Rewards or anything related to that. When picking up please answer with "Hello this is Affiliate-Rewards.com support line, how may I help you?". If members ask if this is for the gambling site they wanted to deposit for please locate their account first and then provide them with any gambling related inquiry that they might have. If they want a refund please contact Albert and issue a refund asap.
