Unfortunately, we cannot control the cost of fees charged by the external processors, some of the processors don't charge money to the customers, some of them a few cents some of them a few dollars, etc.  It depends on the third-party company in charge of processing the money. 
 
Please send a bank statement or screenshot of the transaction showing the amount charged to you and we will reimburse the difference.
